Avery Ruth Lee was born at 2:09 PM yesterday, 11/8/05, at 7 lbs 13 oz, 21.5 inches. She is currently in the special care unit after swallowing meconium but she is well on her way to being fully healthy and out of there. Laurie was nothing short of a warrior throughout the intense labor that was an 1 hr 15 minutes from hospital arrival until the birth. More pictures will be coming soon. We are grateful for everyone who was praying for us. The miracle of God's gift in the form of life, life somehow that comes from two people and looks/acts like them, has been realized again. We are forever grateful to our Lord and our family and friends.

Congrats! Avery is so cute. I've been thinking of you guys every day wondering how you were doing and keeping tracking of the days. Hope all is moving along and that she will be out of the special care nursery very soon. My girls are 1 month old today and starting to get fussy. (ugh) Keep in touch.

cambria is in our daughter olivia's class at the cn center. we received the beautiful pictures. we should also say congrats on being able to keep such a good running record of the pregnancy (with pictures and all)...that is with a 2 year old in the house!!
