Carys is now 7 weeks old. Here some a few pics of her this week:

Putting them to work...

Tonight I put the girls to work cleaning my glass windows on the back door. It kept them busy while I made some dinner, but they used almost a tree's worth of paper towels. :-)

Cambria's baking

Cambria is one of the pickiest eaters I know. However, she is obsessed with The Food Network. Her favorite shows are Everyday Italian with "Giada" and Ace of Cakes. She made this pie with playdough after watching Giada make a pie on tv. I laughed and told her that it would be very funny if she ever became a chef since she won't try anything. She replied, "I don't want to be a cook, just a baker. I want to make desserts." She has it all figured out.

Great visit with the grandparents

The girls had a fun time with Grandma and Granddad Jacks. Grandma spent two weeks with us and Granddad was here for the second week. They were a huge help to Jeff and I...we are incredibly blessed with our parents.

As you can see from this video, Cambria is a very focused individual and Avery is a free-spirit. :-) They are sweet little girls.

The birthday!

I can't believe that it's been 5 years since I gave birth to Cambria. It feels like yesterday, yet I've had two other children since then. She's a sweet, smart, loving girl. We thank God every day for her.
